Take a gander at the latest additions to the C.C.F. Workwear lineup after a successful launch by Filson last year.

Filson’s offshoot workwear brand C.C.F. is following its 2018 debut with a whole new set of additions to the collection of heavy duty apparel that’s fit for the garage, the woods, or the work site.

We were turned on to the new line and it caught our eye immediately; it’s no frills, performance-oriented, built with heavy duty materials that have stood the test of time.

Here’s how they described the bulk of the products they’ve released so far:

Honest, dependable gear made with over 120 years of experience for the forest, factory and field. C.C.F. Workwear is made with extra durable materials –cotton duck and rugged canvas–and features hardy construction details such as triple stitching, reinforcing rivets and double-layer knees.

The newest additions are highlighted by a Chore Coat made of tightly woven duck canvas and a pair of Double-Layer Work Pants with reinforced and triple-stitched construction for the ultimate durability factor.

C.F.F. Workwear

It might not win any fashion runway competitions, but damn if it doesn’t look like this is one coat that can take a beating.

The Chore Coat is made of 12-oz. cotton duck and is nice and roomy without being bulky. The raglan sleeves help with the freedom of motion factor, and the easy-access torso and chest pockets look like they’ll house a lot of hand tools. The front snaps have a design meant to be simple even while wearing gloves.

The Double-Layer Work Pants have front and rear reinforcement in the high-wear areas, and feature puncture-resistant pockets. The 12-oz. cotton canvas material is inherently strong, but it’s the double-stitching and bar-tacking that bumps the reinforcement up to the next level.

Other new releases includes an understated Graphic Hoodie and a C.C.F. Logo Cap made of the same heavy cotton duck canvas used in their C.C.F. Utility Jacket and C.C.F. Work Vest. Those original releases helped establish C.C.F. as a producer of quality stuff, and the tradition has continued.

C.F.F. Workwear

Filson has been outfitting folks in the American Northwest for a seriously long time, and it was only natural for them to translate their knowhow and experience to the workwear side of things. If you’re dealing with rough weather, require some extremely durable apparel, or just have a simple need for a new work jacket, C.C. Filson Workwear is going to make something that’ll satisfy those needs.
